I am back.. and i am a kookoo...

Just finish my report and i am sure its quite badly done. My classmates were talking about what to add in their report and i was confused. So rather than doing something that i was not sure about, i decided not to add that in my results and could not explain the whole thing. Instead i explained the results in my own way and hopefully that would get across to the lecturer...

I think i am getting lazy nowaday. Dont really have the fighting spirit and energy when i first joined back school. Think i am really tired. After a long day of work, then go sch for three hours long of lectures. I am hoping next may will come soon smoothly...

This blog have been left vacant for more than 2 yrs... and i guess nobody there will be back here to see. Daijyobu ne~ So long that i haven even start my school and soon my school will end in 6 months. I am counting down!!!

Just bought a new HP when my W595 failed me. It is not exact spoilt, but i can only talk on the phone using speaker or earpiece. Still workable but very inconvenient. So i decided to buy a new phone instead and sell away my sony while it still got "market", of cos i will go repair it...

My E72 arrived on thursday night, sent by a nice poor deliveryman. My delivery time was 6-9pm but i was at school. So i told my mother to receive for me. However, i did not write any LOA so the guy refused to pass to my mum. Instead he gave her a "delivery advice" to pass to mi... I reached home 5min pass 9pm, only to be disappointed.

Busy with my report, i got no time to feel sad and started on my report. Moody, heavy heart... Dont even have mood for report lor. 20mins pass 10 pm, the guy came back. I was really elated... I even said goodnight to him after that..

Happy with my new phone, playing as and when i was free on friday... then at night something happened. I lost my handphone pouch for E72 which came with it. It looked very professional and fit very nicely for my phone. I was at bus stop sms-ing when the bus came. I hurried go up the bus, thinkin that the pouch was in the bag. In the end, i realised it was not with mi. I alighted at the next stop, walked back. The whole thing happened in less than 5 mins. Its gone.. Why would ppl want a handphone pouch for??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WAH!!! My New PlayThing:









Yes, its a MJ set. As u all can see, its a mini one. The MJ table is slightly bigger than the seat of a normal computer chair and the length of each tile is roughly 2cm.

I am so excited. When i first saw this at KK consummable sale(a sale wherby ppl from outside KK will come to sell product cheaper). Its held every month but this is the first time i saw the MJ set. So gianz to get can so my colleague also advise mi to get since i like it so much. Haha~ See i am too happy that i shared with u guys at once.

President Challenge

As said in the previous blog that i will write on the KK-organised President Challenge event held ytd, 26/08/2007. This event aimed to raise a total of $250,000. Of cos the fund is not raised within the day la. I guess part of the money came from the donations from the families and frenz of the hospital staff, not only from KK i guess but other hospitals and medical centres.

Anyway ytd's event consisted of 8km run, 2km walk a jog, cheque presentation to the recipent's organisation and also game carnivals. I took part in the 8km run as a helper at one of the waterpoint near Mt Alvernia Hospital together with 3 of my Histolab colleagues and one Principal MT-Mdm Chee from CYTOlab.

Having to arrive at KK at 6am, I woke up @ 4am in the morning to wake AH pui up who took part in the AHM. Then i played SIMS 2 before leaving the house. I zzz only for 5 hours like tt lor. Anyway I took a cab down to KK. The driver also damn suay, i also damn suay. Out of so many routes that can lead to KK, he chose ECP to Rocher Road exit. But ytd GOT AFH ma. So ECP was blocked all the way up to FORT ROAD lor. So he exited there and made a big turn to KK. The fare turned out to be $15.55 but he only took $10 buck from mi.

I was the last of the team to arrive and my teammate alr collected the bottles of water. So i helped to load up the bus and off we went to our bus stop. Yah we r stationed at a bus stop wherby buses still pick and alight passengers during the run. Haiyo, with <>

So with limited resources, we "decorated" the bus stop. As my waterpoint was the second one so we expected the first runner not to come so soon. So meanwhile, we tok crap, taught out filipino colleague to play PEPSI COLA 123 and took pic.

One of the interesting thing abt the run is that some of the runners, mostly hospitals staff including KK and other hospital staff, they will wear something that is related to their job. For example surgeon might wear scrub suit with the hat and mask, lab staff will wear lab coats. Pretty interesting sight. One bad thing abt the run is that u have to run up a bridge. Imagine u alr so tired le still got to run up and down stairs. The run pretty fast finish. Start @ 7 and the last runner reached @ 8.

Then we went to TTSH open field to gather, wherby Minster of Health Mr Khaw Boon Wan was doing some workout with KK CEO and participants of the 2km walk. My team and i sneaked away intending to go Novena to eat Old Chang Kee but then suay suay its their annual traning day then they will only open @3pm for all branches. Diaoz~Then we rejoin the walk and disrupt halfway again to take my colleague very small car to Pek Kio to eat.

My colleague's car really small leh. Think its a 4-seated car, at first i tot the backseat dun haf door but surprisingly there is lor. Luckily its a short journey. The car is so small that its barely covered 3/4 of a parking lot lor.

Then we went back to KK for games and food. One of the disgusting things i realised was if the place dun belong to u, its ok to dirty it. Which mean other hospital staff who took part in the run and/or the walk, they dirtied the place like nobody business. Idiots. Yah la some is the children who littered la but as a parent, should u teach them the right attitude and manners? Some also displayed the Kiasu-ness. Cut-Q la etc. Disgusting.

Topic-less

Recently life had been quite normal for mi so there's nothing much to blog abt. Sorry my dear "fans" of my very interesting blog, u guys have to wait till sunday then have something to read. Cos i will attending this "President Challenge" event organised by my coy. Hopefully can take pix of the Minster of Health who will be running 8KM and our President.

Btw, my SK5 gang, when r u guys gg to arrange for a outing har?! Ask mi out la. I sure can escape from the clutches of Mr Pui. Weekend can, Weekday also can after work. Dun wan later the NTUers start exam soon then cannot come out le.

BBQ Session With Poly Frenz

Second gathering with poly frenz this yr on Sat-28/07/07. The first was like half a yr ago wherby Jun haven go Aust and Pl haven go Tw. Now Pl and Wy is finally back from Tw.

The gathering this time got new faces unlike the previous one. The feeling was different. A bit familiar yet a bit weird. Anyway the new faces includes Fangping and Xiaoting whom i believed most of the ppl haven seen for quite some time. And not so new faces are Shujun and Hanxiang cos they joined for previous gatherings.

Meeting old frenz made mi feel very happy. Even though that day, i had to wake up at 630 to make almond jelly, and made myself go work till 1pm. Very tired indeed.

Ah pek still the nicest of all. He msg mi on friday nite to ask if i need a lift to ECP so i gladly said yes. But on the day itself, he need to buy stuffs and sent Feli, Alex and XT go ECP so he actually ask Jerry to send mi go instead. Very paisei ne~ He drove down to my hse to take mi there from Bishan. Hehe~

One thing i realised is that i am happy to have guy frenz who are quite gentleman. They wun mind fetching or sending gers when they have a car. Ah pek, Jerry, Alex and my agent are those guys who r like tt. Of cos is not nothing to do then ask them come send mi go out la. What i mean is that they wun mind if ur destination dun go the same way with them. Anyway, on the way to ECP, we picked up HX,WY and FP from Bedok Mrt.

When we reached ECP, AH pek and Alex was alr trying to start fire le. Haha. So nice of them to serve us. The gers juz went ard taking photos, waving to helicopter de guy and watching the Singapore Flag fly past. Talking rubbish and gossiping as well. Man! I like this kind of feeling.

Hmm.. Heard one good new at the session. Very happy for the ger. First frenz who is actually going to ROM soon. Haha~ Feeling old at the same time le. I think within 2 yrs or so, I may be getting sick of this kind of news but now let mi stay excited for the time being.

Shujun came late but my dear Plthien lagi worse lor. Haiz din actually get to tok much to her cos a lot of ppl also nv see her for some time le. But she brought my LAYs, my present and my ju ruo. Happy le. Thanx for all the stuff ya.. Love U muackz.

Wy,wl and Pl cooked some bee hoon, and "macoroni"-turned-out-to-be penne for the session while i made some almond jelly. Hmm.. i got one conclusion. Home-made food not popular leh. Somemore almond jelly not everyone like the smell. So not everyone eat it lor:(
Still saying next time pot-luck?! Ppl dun bring home-cooked food better...........................

Mizuno 6

Paisei long time nv update the blog le... Aiya like ah pek like daughter ma. He also nv update and i also lor. hehe

Anyway some events that happened during the month:

1) Ah pui is back from Sweden. He brought mi some very fragrant flower/fruit tea leaves, some dark chocolates and a 700g toblerone. My toblerone is one whole bar de lor. I haven start eating it cos i dunno how to start. By the wat He said he saw a 2kg one at a funfair there which is slightly longer than 1metre. Wah how to eat man? Hehe dun worry, inside the 2kg one is many bars of small size de.

2) My bday. Thanx to all the people who remembered and thanx for all the SMSes,emails,cards and presents. On the day when i turned 23, i went out with my sec frenz. Got pui,eve,karen,cm,jy and yl. Loi was there as well. Someone whom i haven see and tok to since O level. Still the same. Nothing special happened yet i am happy. This yr, no need to treat ppl(not tt i dun wan but i was rejected)...

3) Mizuno Wave Run 2007: I am a proud finisher of 10KM. Hehe. Ya i noe, its peanut k but i nv train for the event lor. Not even 100m lor. The reason y i join the run cos i wan the mizuno shoe bag and also run together with my frenz. They r pui,cm,junyi,baby,yl and mi. We din actually run tog la. We started off tog then slowly the guys all run away from mi. Haiz. BUT!!! i still got the determination to finish K. A lot of ppl cut thru shortcut which i nv did though i did hestiate la. YA i noe, i din run all the 10km but instead ?4km of running and ?6km of strolling alone.... Still its an achievement K. Cos i nv exercise since O lvl and i really finish the whole route. Pl should be able to vouch for mi cos she see mi run the 2.4km in poly

After the run, we went to changi village for chicken mee. Nice u noe. Then junyi and mi got this idea. Go ubin cycle. Cos u noe hor, we live central area ma. If go all the way to changi then go ubin cycle, very lazy feeling. but since we alr at changi le, might as well go right... Wah but tt day really energy depletion lor and the next day here and there pain....
