Late Nite Shopping and my new hairstyle

There is this thingy called the late nite shopping which occurs every last friday of the month. So last friday, i happily asked ah pui to go with mi to shop for clothes and stuff hoping to find some. To my dismay, when i went to TAKA, the shops closed one by one and my heart sank deeper and deeper.

Anyway i ate my dinner @ KFC and after we went Heeren(cos i presume the shops there gt take part in the LNS thingy). Again most of the shops closed. Got a feeling that i got cheated lor. I realised only few of the shops did participate only. So we walked down toward centrepoint. Outside centrepoint, we decide to go in cos want to help ah pui de sis to see baby walker.

Disappointed, Robinson did sell walker but only like few. Juz as we intend to go out of the building, I happened to see booth that sell Issey perfume.

Cos my perfume running low and i cannot find it elsewhere. The shops that i went to either say no such perfume produced by the company(its cos they r new and ignorant) or i was told the perfume is limited edition so no more in the market( which is not true).

Anyway i saw this booth selling issey perfume so i gather some hope to find the perfume. I looked ard. At first i din see the perfume cos its not the product that the coy wan to promote at the time. Its placed at quite an isolated place. The promoter was then trying to promote their new product(which i dun fancy) and it(the perume i wan) caught my eyes. Finally i bought the perfume i desired with lotsa of freebies. Happy....

Today i went to cut my hair. Not much different from my previous hairstyle. Still long enuff to tie up and i cut short my fringe. Not really very short la but short enuff to look different. Woo i nv cut the fringe so short since primary 6. I think i look weird probably not used to it yet.

Tml, will let my colleagues comment and tml is the lAst Day @ DL. Still feeling ok now. Dunno abt tml. Hope i wun cry alone after leaving the coy.....

Radio Station and Workplace

First i wan to thanx Pl to agree to bring back some LAYS from TW for mi and hopefully she buy the Ju Ruo that i want also. Talking abt LAYs made my blood boil lor. Previously I paid like 800NT which is like nearly 40SGD lor for 4 stupid box of lays. Tt time cos ah pui de PS(platoon sergent?) going TW for some army stuff so i happily asked ah pui to ask him buy LAYS for mi.

Cos ah pui spent all his NT when he went to TW last time so i used my NT tt i had left from my last trip. I got like 2800NT left lor. So i gave him 800NT to buy the LAYS and some other stuff tt ah pui want. In the end, the PS came back with nothing except for some sweets in a beautiful decorated box that nobody ask him to buy in the first place.

He told ah pui the LAYS sold out! and he cannot find the rest of the stuff that ah pui wan lor. Kaoz NMHH lor~ U think there is only 1 24-hr store in TW meh? Ok nvm u dun wan help mi then forget it la. Then where is my 800NT? He keep quiet lor and my stupid ah pui also dun dare to ask lor... so there gone my 800NT and no lays in return.... In the end i flared up on ah pui and he asked his another frenz who is gg to TW to buy 4 boxes of lays back. Anyway i condemn his tt PS alr. Always cursed him for cheating my 800NT.

Previously i did mention abt this 883fm. They had this game going on. First they will hu yu to ask u to sms in ur name and ic. Then their computer will select someone and the DJ will call u. When u pick up the call u cant say hello or anything else except for the tong guan mi yu. If u done it properly, u will be in for a lucky dip to go holiday of tt week la.

This week is Bintan and Bangkok which mean if u wins, u get to go 2 places. Travel and accommodation provided. Anyway i itch hand and go sms on thursday when i am working. A while after i sms in, my hp rings. I see the number displayed. Not the usual 883 number leh. Anyway i pick up and i nv say hello. The other line also quiet. Kaoz... i tot is the radio station lor so i was like "883jiafmWTS...) Then the person said hello~ I tot haiz haf i say wrongly? In the end it turned out to be other ppl not the DJ lor.

I so malu lor. Think she think i am nuts lor if she dunno abt the game. If she noe abt the game, she muz be luffing at mi for mistaking her as the DJ. Haiz

Anyway i smsed in ytd again. This time the DJ really called mi. This time the number displayed is 883 de. Haha. I got it correctly and i am in for the dip la. But the DJ asked mi a lot of questions lor like who will i bring for the trip? i got the other half a not? Bf or husband? What is his name? Is he working with mi? Am i going out with him tonite(ytd nite)? and the DJ even labelled mi as shy ger lor. Worse things happened after that-the next DJ in the next segment one, she also got mention abt mi lor and Chee Meng actually caught mi toking in the radio( which i denied) Haha....

Ytd my colleague asked mi y i looked so pale? Izzit i not feeling well? I told her really ah? i ok leh maybe cos i got scared by u last nite(thur nite) till now lor. What happened is tt my colleague came over to ask mi something on thur nite. She said i been working in the lab for so long, have i seen "anything" there b4 a not? I told her no and ask her y is she asking this? Apparantly on wed nite, one of my filipino colleague saw 2 figures outside my room. She looked at them and they looked at her back lor. The space she saw is actually we stored our specimens including fetus de la. and last time before the move we always work there to sort out the specimen de lor. Phew luckily my dept ppl always go home early.

Gossip & my new toy

Having to work on saturday, cant enjoy my alternate sat off anymore is terrible. But one good thing is today i only work till 1230 with the price of waking up early in the morning.

My ex colleague cum colleague soon t0 be Ezza called up in the morning to ask if wan to meet for lunch-Having nothing to do, mi and Rossman gladly agreed and met @ Vivocity to lunch @ Banquet.

While eating, we gossiped. Particularly abt a person who is my mentor. She showed mi the rope to Histo but her character sux. Until today then i noe that she tok rubbish behind mi.

She said that i am lying to everyone. that i told them i cannot find a job in the field for more than a yr. Well, its true wat. First, FEW coy will employ mi cos i got NO exp when i graduated. Every job opening will have this "experience prefered". So no exp no job. Secondly, after i graduated, i did not look for a job in the field immediately cos i went to help my aunt in her cafe. Third, what is the use of saying i cant find a job when i go interview? IT will only tell the interviewer i got no exp. I think she is nuts lor. No wonder in her msn nick she put" why ppl like to say i am not mature". Simple cos u r not mature lor.

Ro and Ezza also said abt her love history which shocked mi. Phew~ My lab got one guy is a victim. Cos i dun wan to chek ar so i dun wan to say it out here.

Beside toking abt her, i also asked Ezza abt my new working environment, at least i got an idea how the ppl is like. Well, Pl.. my section head will be miss CONNIE. I got a shock also. Anyway i not sure whether she will treat mi nice a not. If she treat mi nice, maybe she still thinking to drag mi to CH. If she ill-treat mi, maybe she dun like mi cos i nv go CH with her.... Of cos there are some ppl tt is a nuisance. I will try not to zah boh with them too much la. And btw Pl... Mdm Chee still rem mi lor and Yee May still there working.

Toking abt my new toy... is a POSB coin bank. To get it, u have to sign up a plan that u have to pay a fixed amt for 15yr. Mine's is free thanx to Mum's friend Kate.

How this thing work is that u need the security card to deposit notes, set setting like password, target saving, and withdrawnal. U can set how many u wan to save in many days and if u achieve that target within the period, u will get a nice melody. Its amazing that the gadget can actually detect the coins from 5c to $1. As for the notes u need to enter the amt. Hmm... see i gt only few bucks in my saving bank. Anyone wan to donate????

200 pounds Beauty

Woohoo~ Once stepped into the month of April, times really fly. When in March, i was still complaining to my colleague that March seems to pass so slowly, still haf to stay for quite some times before i can go KKH to work. But startin from 1st April, thing changed. Juz now in bus, i was lookin at my hp when i saw the date. 19 April. Wah juz 10 days later will be my last day @ DL. 2 days later i will be reporting to KKH.

I think by the time May arrives, it will soon be ah pui turn to leave mi for Sweden. 1 month cannot see him... erhz no comment yet. Anyway my nice agent promise mi to send mi to airport and back also tt nite.

Tokin abt ah pui... I juz watched this movie with him called 200 pounds beauty. Its a korean comedy. Nice man. i muz say better than TMNT and mr dou. Abt this fat lady who was very dejected in life till she undergo plastic surgery. then of cos life changed for the better but certain things still backfired. In the end ..... (watch it urself)

I also went to this Vi'lage @ Heeren there. Well its exactly like Marche. Nothing interesting. But i got a 15% discount there. So not so bad la.

Updating...

Not been updating my blog for some time le... Not cos i am very busy, cos i am lazy and tired. Hehe...

These days i been watchin shows instead of updating my blog. Other than those usual show- Taiwanese dramas, i been watching la bi xiaoxin and other movies using this internet tv that ah pui intro mi.

Hmm now updating wat had been happening to mi these days.

12/4: Anton last day at work. One of the saddest day in Doctorslab. Cos someone nice left to work for SGH. Busy packing for moving to Quest. Exact one yr working in DL for myself.

13/4: Suganthy, Lester and Tan last day @ DL. We had a feast as usual. Took some photos but waiting for Anton to send mi b4 i can upload here. Anton came back for the feast. Busy like hell. Had to do usual stuff plus packing. Hate this day....

14/4: Official moving day for pathology dept. All the boxes i packed like gone in less than 5 mins, apply to the machines i been using for the past 1 yr. Also very busy cos had to oversee a lot of thing. By noon, the dept look very empty. Haiz. Anyway Rani treated us to pizza. Only 4 ppl left to eat 2 large pizza. pathetic.

16/4: Since i din go to Quest, i stay in DL to help out in other dept. Very clerical work. Cos a lot of ppl left alr, so shorthanded in other dept. Juz nice for mi to go help them. Toking abt shorthanded, the position i workin now actually is to cover a part timer. Wah they very da pai lor. They can choose when they wan to come if not they juz disappear lor. Simply bo chap lor. Luckily got mi to help out.

Some ppl really got working attitude problem lor. Where got a job tt pay well, easy to do, short working hours,good working environment and no need to get scolding one? If got such job, i think also wont last long lor. For job tt pay well, probably its stressful or had to work long hours. If not probably the working environment not good tt y cannot keep ppl so increase pay so as to keep ppl lor.

Tt all for the updates. Sorry ppl this entry is very boring cos the person writing is bored and restless at the point of time....

Evan and Reaping

Slacking Fri again. Whole week been slacking lor. Its good Friday ytd. So hope u guys enjoy the holiday.

Yes. Evan.. I went to his autogrp session ytd with Choon ann. Not tt i want to start the whole idol chasing thing again but i think his album is nice so i bought it and so i wanted it signed tt all.

Hmm first look, he really look like David Tao. Juz younger and better looking. Good thing he start his career young not like David late 20's then start. He very friendly and keep smiling. Its a good thing not like those always bin chow chow one...

Anyway there was like this few young gers in front of us and they simply bth mi and choon ann. They are fans of FLH. Mi and CA happened to tok abt them. Then i am like how rude the fans are and how slow the idols are while CA is saying how gayish da dong. Then one of the gers is reading mag with articles featurin them la. Then CA see from behind and commented so many thing abt them till i heard tt ger telling her friend "tt guy got so many comments lor".

Back to Evan. He rejected mi when i ask him to write name. But he looked very apologetic and even like put his palms tog and tell mi its the coy tt forbide him to do tt. Anyway its ok la. Haha.. Cos i got nothing to tell him so i juz ask him to do tt lor. Btw i saw SP senior gg for autogrp also. Guy somemore. CLS Club de. Pl want to noe who?

Then mi and ah pui went for dinner while CA went home for dinner. At TBP, i saw HIM. Him is someone tt i had not seen for a long time. Ah pui is the one who tell mi tt its HIM. He had not changed much since sec days. Still always wearing bermuda and t-shirt. Glad to see him. Anyway we nv went up to say HI cos its will be an awkward situation.

Then we watched The Reaping with CA. The show is ok but i still dun understand some of the parts. The sound effects is really irritating but its does help to enhance the show. One terrible thing if the show is kind of real one will be having sex in dreams and u really get pregnant in reality....

My Tired Weekdays

Been slacking for few days cos simply dun like to do anything. Think very tired after working everyday for the week.

Mon: working afternoon so tot of sleeping late but... was waken up with a jump on the bed. The wall and the bed could feel vibration. My stupid new neighbour giving us problem even before they move in. They renovating their hse. It only 8am in the morning lor. They started drilling the wall next to mine. NMHH lor~~~~ I tot earthquake or wat. I looked at my hp.. only 8am... duhz anyway i went back to zzz again but of cos waking up now and then and went back to zzz again. Think its made mi more tired instead and everyone said i am really a pig lor. Still can zzz with so much noise....

Wed: Busy Day... Had to leave hse at 7am so tt i can give Kwan her first batch of slides by 930am. After tt also cannot relax...cos got so many blocks to cut. Think next time in KKH it will be worse lor. Managed to finish all by 1130 but in the end i nv go lunch cos i got more things to do. That day also got many specimen to trim. In the end, went home at 5pm lor. Had to go work early yet go home late somemore no lunch.

Thur:First thing i went to work-found out a billing mistake done by mi. Luckily my colleagues nv baoto mi. I rectified it and solved!!! Then Tan called and asked for the previous slides for a patient. Pissed off cos i clearly instructed Lester to give to him with the current case. When i asked him abt it, He juz brushed it off with " oh u got tell mi ah? I forget". Then nvm.

Was doing my billing when Lester asked if can assist Tan in trimming cos he not confident of doing it. I agreed. When i saw the request form i -_-"'. There is no clinical diagnosis written. How can u expect the pathologist to trim without any clinical diagnosis? Meaning the specimen is so big, cant expect him to sampling everything rite? With the clinical diagnosis, only then he will noe wat to sample. Alr 2 times this kind of things happened le lor. The techs had been complained and Tan also very angry. So when Lester first came to the dept i CLEARLY told him to check the clinical diagnosis for cases tt pathologists will be trimming. Of cos he again brushed it off with "i forget". NMHH lor

Tan looked unhappy when i told him abt it. I quickly called up to ask but was not able to get it immediately. Luckily Tan was probably in good mood tt day so he trimmed some first while waiting. Phew~

After work... met up with ah pui. He said wan to bring mi go eat something nice. In the end we took a 1.5hr bus ride to East Coast.
HongKong Cafe-Hmm i think still ok la. But its crowded. Not exactly cheap. I had fried Seafood black pepper spag and si wa milk tea. The milk tea nothing special. We had XO carrot cake and xiao long bao also. The carrot cake is nice but the serving is small lor. Somemore it not cheap leh. The xiao long bao is not nice cos the chup is very salty.

Then we walked to "the cheesecake cafe". Ah pui @ first want to eat there de. But i am alr too full. Wan to vomit alr still wan to eat cheesecake? Somemore its alr 11pm lor. So we take away 3. Rum and raisin cheese and vanilla choco cheese for ah pui and family while i got America cheese. I juz like it plain~ Phew $20.30 for 3 cheese. Definitely not cheap. i ate mine alr. So-so only. Dunno abt the other 2 cos they haven ate it

April Fool Day

Happy April Fool Day to AV8D!!! Though its a not really a joyous day nor a day for celebration, i still hope u guys have a happy day. Today weather nice. Hot and Sunny. Good for outing and yet i am at home blogging.

Anyway i just fooled a secondary school frenz in msn. Tt person is Tan GS aka my agent. Phew this person made mi sweat lor cos got to "yang" him for 20yr lor.

I just saw him in msn so i initiated to tok to him. And i told him i wan to buy another policy cos since i changing job and pay will be higher. So i can set aside a small sum of money to buy policy from him la. So he arranged time and date to meet.

Only then i told him "erhz actually hor today is April Fool Day leh" then he realised tt i am actually fooling him. Haha..But u guys are also fooled. Cos i am seriously wanting to buy the policy from him de. I juz joked with him to make him think tt i am juz fooling him....HAHAHA

Anyway ytd also went out with some sec frenz to sort of celebrate choon ann bday. Only 6 of us cos dun wan too big grp. No present for the birthday boy either cos this grp of frenz dun wan the practice of giving present to each other. So just gather and eat and tok.

Cos we wanted to stay at a place to tok and eat at the same time for very long, we choose either buffet or steamboat. The bday boy wan buffet but one frenz wan steamboat instead cos steamboat is cheaper. So we pondered a long time before we decided to go Sakura Buffet.

I asked ah pui if need to book beforehand and he say no need. Guess wat.. the quene so long lor and a lot of ppl book the place beforehand. We quened for like 1/2 hr before we at the first of the quene. And guess wat? There is no table for us. Those unreserved tables just nice enuff for the ppl quening in front of us. The captain informed the whole quene of ppl and said if u wan to wait also can but there is no guarantee tt there will be table available cos this is a buffet resturant.

Cos our bday boy not here yet so we decided to wait at the quene till he came b4 we decide to go where. Woohoo~ There is a table reserved but the grp of ppl not yet arrived so their booking was forfeited and the table was given to us instead.

Wat a lucky day. Luckily that morning nobody had tried to spoil my day. If not i dun think we will be so lucky lor. So ppl if u guys wan to do things tt will spoil my day, pls dun do it k. Juz stay away meanwhile.

Its not cheap to eat at the resturant lor. Being first timer there, i expect more. Juz normal normal lor. Its cooked oysters and its dory fish not bad.

After the buffet, its movie time again. We watched "the number 23". Its a bit like mystery movie. While watchin, i felt very puzzled till the end where the mystery solved then i understand. will give its like 2.5 out of 5. Some of the things its mentioned are true la. Its the brain la. For example if ur brain wan to link urself with this particular thing, number etc, u will find ways to link urself somehow. For example ur dob or car plate add up to 23 but maybe ur unit number doesnt. U will still think tt ur life is full of 23. Haha a bit hard to comphehand isnt it?
